About The Position
As a Cashier/Host, you're the official kickoff to every guest's experience. You'll greet guests with confidence and enthusiasm, ensure they understand the rules of play, and guide them through signing all required waivers. Once checked in, you'll set guests up with their Play Cards, making sure they're fully ready to jump into the action. At the register, you'll handle transactions quickly and accurately, keeping things seamless and stress-free while maintaining proper sales procedures. You'll also manage guest flow, assist with arrivals and seating, and help keep the front-of-house running smoothly-especially during high-energy peak times. You're also the go-to for questions, tips, and general guidance, helping guests get the most out of their time at Play Playground. Keeping the check-in area clean, welcoming, and organized is all part of the role. Behind the scenes, you'll work closely with your teammates to keep the experience fun, efficient, and game-ready.
