About The Position

The Cashier Host performs food outlet counter service, cashier, and host duties as required. Responsibilities include food and beverage order taking, minimal food preparation and/or packaging, and delivery.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Previous cash handling and dining room host experience preferred
• Attend and complete California Department of ABC Lead Training Program
• Must be able to obtain a Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform food and beverage counter service including order taking, packing, and food delivery.
• Input and control ordering through register for each transaction, maintaining accountability for all food and drinks served.
• Ensure bank is counted and balanced with cage.
• Seat guests in a prompt, friendly, and efficient manner while ensuring equal distribution of guests among servers.
• Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
• Handle initial complaints and inform manager on duty.
• Remain up-to-date on food and beverage offerings and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
• Provide excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients.
• Adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
