Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service to customers.
• Process checkout and return transactions.
• Monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area.
• Proactively seek product/project knowledge to assist customers and identify selling opportunities.
• Follow all policies and procedures to minimize shrinkage.
• Expedite price checks and approve Point of Sale transactions and markdowns.
• Assist in the supervision, coaching, and training of other Front End Associates.
• Participate in the training of new Cashiers.
