About The Position

Cashiers are the first point of contact for our guests and are directly responsible for delivering a great experience. You will take and enter orders, handle payments, keep the dining room and other areas clean for guests and provide excellent customer service to guests by following standard operating procedures with a sense of urgency. Duties include, but not limited to-

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Ability to work a minimum of 9 hours a week
  • Sit, stand and walk continuously
  • Be able to push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Work in an environment that features hot and cold temps and exposure to food allergens
  • MUST HAVE OR BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A FOOD HANDLERS CARD
  • Must pass a drug and background screening​

Responsibilities

  • Be familiar with all products
  • Promptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave
  • Explain menu items, answer questions and suggest additional items
  • Accurately enter and complete guests' orders in the POS system
  • Handle cash payments, count and verify drawers and record totals appropriately
  • Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment in guest areas and exterior
  • Maintain equipment and inform management of maintenance needs
  • Stock paper goods
  • Complete, package and present guest orders
