About The Position

Responsible for a variety of cashier functions within the Driver Services building, including processing credit purchases, cashing checks and wire transfers, receiving payments for store products and shower facilities, and balancing a till during each shift. This position ensures a positive customer experience by assisting with fuel transactions, operating the truck scale, entering billing information, and providing receipts as needed. Additional duties include maintaining the cleanliness of the store and fuel desk area, stocking shelves, supporting food services, and assisting with general maintenance tasks as assigned by management and supervisors. The department operates 24/7, requiring flexibility and a customer-first attitude.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a customer service or retail environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

Assist with fuel purchases
Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions accurately
Monitor fuel levels and arrange for refills as needed
Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with company policies and procedures
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Complete daily cash reports and assist with inventory management
Comply with safety regulations and procedures
