About The Position

Menards is seeking Cashiers and Front End Team Members for both full-time and part-time positions. No prior experience is necessary, and the role offers competitive pay, flexible schedules, and comprehensive on-the-job training. Team members will either work as a Cashier, providing customer service at the register and service desk, or as a Courtesy Patrol Team Member, assisting customers with loading purchases, maintaining the parking lot, and supporting the register as needed to ensure efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, fast, and friendly Customer Service at the register and service desk (Cashier role)
• Assist Customers with loading their purchases (Courtesy Patrol role)
• Keep the parking lot clean and clear (Courtesy Patrol role)
• Assist at the register when needed to help make sure Customers have No Waiting for Savings (Courtesy Patrol role)
