Location: Our NORTHLAKE store is located at 7024 SMITH CORNERS BLVD, Charlotte, NC 28269 The Position: Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service. Registers sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers' purchases. Resolves customer issues and answers questions. Bags purchases if needed. Processes return transactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Compliance with Tisun dress code and other policies in Tisun employee handbook.
• Passion for the mission of Tisun Beauty.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in a positive manner and helping them find specific items
• Wrapping, bagging, or boxing merchandise for customers
• Accepting payment by credit, debit, or cash
• Calculating and giving correct change to the customer
• Resolving customer complaints and rectifying price discrepancies
• Handling exchanges, refunds, credits.
• Entering purchases into the cash register to calculate the purchase price
