About The Position
As a key frontline representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing payment transactions for our dining establishment.
Requirements
- Previous cashier experience preferred; will consider entry-level candidates demonstrating strong potential
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor
- Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations and cash handling
- Physical capability to maintain a standing position throughout assigned shift
- Willingness to obtain necessary certifications and licenses as required for the position
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous service to enhance the guest dining experience
- Operate and maintain proficiency with our point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately
- Process various forms of payment including cash, room charges, and credit cards with precision and attention to detail
