About The Position

As a key frontline representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing payment transactions for our dining establishment. Primary responsibilities include: Provide professional and courteous service to enhance the guest dining experience Operate and maintain proficiency with our point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately Process various forms of payment including cash, room charges, and credit cards with precision and attention to detail

Requirements

• Previous cashier experience preferred; will consider entry-level candidates demonstrating strong potential
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor
• Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations and cash handling
• Physical capability to maintain a standing position throughout assigned shift
• Willingness to obtain necessary certifications and licenses as required for the position
