The Cashier is responsible for cash transactions in food and beverage areas. Performs all monetary transactions presented, adhering to all department and company policies, procedures, internal controls, and government regulations. Safeguards company assets and prepares all necessary paperwork. Is responsible to provide a level of service which is gracious, kind, and warm that provides an exciting environment and World Class Service by delivering Old-World Hospitality and Charm with our guests. The employee will have extensive menu knowledge, greet the guest, anticipate their needs, seat them and tender payments.
