Cashier/Drive-thru Team Member (Day Shift)
About The Position
We are hiring part-time or full-time team members to work in our Front-of-House operations! We are looking for applicants who are consistent and reliable, have a cheerful and positive attitude, value teamwork, and love serving and helping others. Our goal is to produce a remarkable experience for our guests from the time they drive into our parking lot to the time food is delivered to them. We want our service to be quick and efficient, but never rushed, and for our guests to feel cared for by our Team Members during all points of their visit. Our restaurant prides itself on providing opportunities for people to grow and learn, all while being a part of an awesome team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with highly motivated and driven leaders who are invested in your success. Prior experience is not necessary but preferred. Starting Pay: Eligible to earn raises every 6 months Part-time: $12.41-$14.41/hour Full-time: $17.41/hour Position Type: Part-time or full-time Day shifts (between 5:30 am-5:30 pm) or night shifts (1:00 pm-11:00 pm) Must be willing to work outside in various weather elements Must have some Saturday availability

Responsibilities
- Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- Must love to smile and connect with people
- Assist leadership in executing opening procedures
- Preparing & packaging food orders for in-store and catering orders
- Delivering meals to guests in-store, mobile orders, and drive-thru
- Model and support clear communications between the front counter and kitchen staff
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures
