About The Position
The Cashier/Customer Service position at Helping Hands of America is a part-time role that requires a trustworthy and responsible individual to assist with various customer service tasks. The job is located at 600 Washington St, Wrentham, MA 02093, and the pay starts at $17 per hour. The working hours are primarily on Saturdays from 8 AM to 2 PM and from Sundays to Wednesdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, totaling approximately 31 hours per week. This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations in customer interactions and administrative tasks related to billing and inventory management. In this role, you will be responsible for handling car and boat billing, answering phone calls, entering vehicle information into the inventory system, and facilitating donation pickups. The ideal candidate should possess basic computer skills and demonstrate excellent customer service abilities. Additionally, being bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese is considered a valuable asset, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, although it is preferred rather than mandatory. The work environment is in-person, emphasizing the importance of direct customer interaction and support.
