Requirements

Responsibilities

• Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, including making change, tracking coupons, and discounts. Master the POS system (cash register).
• Store Cleanliness: Maintain a clean store environment by cleaning equipment, sweeping floors, wiping tables, organizing the food service area, and removing trash. We handle the big jobs like mopping floors and cleaning bathrooms with a professional cleaning service.
• Customer Service: Deliver fast, friendly service. Welcome every customer within 3 seconds of entering the store, keep the service area stocked and tidy, and master the Cold Stone Signature Creations-because we don’t just serve ice cream, we serve people.
• Food Safety: Follow all food safety procedures and use checklists to ensure every item we serve is safe and delicious. Conform to uniform and personal hygiene standards.
• Stock and Inventory: Conduct inventories, manage stock, and work in cold environments (walk-in freezer at 0°F and refrigerator at 35-38°F).
• Crafting Creations: Scoop correct portions of ice cream and prepare customer orders using precise portions of mix-ins. Ring up orders accurately to ensure no overcharges or undercharges.
