Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about menu items and answer customer inquiries effectively.
• Ensure accuracy of order intake and deliver orders to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area that reflects pride and respect.
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns and direct them to management when necessary.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the best guest and employee experience.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures diligently.
• Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Count money daily in the cash drawer and perform audits at the end of the shift.
• Clean and arrange eating and service areas when not assisting customers.
