JOB SUMMARY The Cage Cashier is responsible for safeguarding company assets while adhering to all company policies, departmental procedures, and applicable gaming regulations. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining accuracy in all financial transactions. Help us roll out the red carpet at Caesars Palace! Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service in accordance with established standards.
- Accurately process customer transactions, including exchanging chips and cash equivalents for cash.
- Perform all cage functions with precision, including but not limited to:
- Establishing and verifying customer credit lines.
- Communicating credit information to appropriate personnel.
- Executing pit fills and credits seamlessly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members within the department and across other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain compliance with all internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Must be able to execute all cage cashier functions to include but not limited to:
- Cage Marker issuance/redemption
- Front Money Deposits/Withdrawals
- Customer Incentives
- Title 31
- R/S ticket redemptions
- Answer telephones
- Travelers' checks
- Issue Total Rewards cards
- Wire transfers
- Casino Credit Applications
- Self-Redemption units
- Chip redemptions
- Check Cashing
- Credit Card Cash Advance
- Coupon redemption
- Fast Cash redemption
- Numerous bank accountabilities
