About The Position

The Cage/CR Associate is responsible for safeguarding company assets while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced casino environment. This role involves handling customer transactions, including cash exchanges, credit line establishment, and compliance with gaming regulations. The associate must effectively communicate casino programs and promotions to guests, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in customer data management.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Computer experience (WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint) necessary for data entry.
• Ability to maintain composure and excellent guest relations under all circumstances.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Emphasis on well-groomed appearance to promote a positive image.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Protect company assets and adhere to departmental policies and gaming regulations.
• Handle customer exchanges for chips and cash equivalents accurately.
• Assist customers in establishing credit lines and communicate relevant credit information.
• Manage Pit fill/credits, Marker/FM accountability, and Cashiering Bank accountabilities.
• Explain and communicate current casino programs and promotions to players.
• Execute functions including Cage Marker issuance/redemption and Front Money Deposits/Withdrawals.
• Answer telephones and process Travelers checks and Wire transfers.
• Manage Casino Credit Applications, Chip redemptions, Check Cashing, and Credit Card Cash Advances.
• Promote and execute customer promotions flawlessly and maintain customer accounts accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure player satisfaction.
