About The Position

We are looking for an efficient, courteous cashier who possesses excellent customer service skills. The cashier will input guest food and beverage selections, ensure that prices and quantities are accurate, accept payments, issue receipts, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information to guests regarding products carried, promotions available, or other location menu items. You will also respond to complaints and maintain a clean workspace.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle cash balancing and handling
• Ability to resolve customer complaints effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems

Responsibilities

• Input all items being purchased accurately and ensure pricing is correct
• Understanding and know all price points at your venue
• Resolve customer complaints. Must be able to guide guests and provide a relevant solution to an issue
• Redeem employee meal tickets and group meal vouchers properly
• Monitor and maintain the MasGen systems
• Assist Supervisors with monthly inventory count at your venue
• POS problem solving
• Cash balancing/handling is a requirement
• Ensure the venue is always Show Ready (Lights on, music on, fully cleaned, tvs turned on, fireplaces lit, etc.)
