About The Position

The Cash Vault Processor plays a critical role in supporting commercial cash services by accurately and efficiently processing customer deposits. This position is highly transactional and requires attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment focused on productivity metrics.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am -4:30pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to four years or more of operations services related work experience

• Ability to work well with external and internal customers
• Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding and knowledge of internal policies and procedures within Operations Services and enterprise wide
• Physical requirements could include lifting trays of work, pushing carts of work, standing or sitting for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve exceptions through data interpretation
• Strong PC skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Process commercial customer cash deposits with speed and accuracy.
• Perform repetitive transaction processing while meeting established productivity standards.
• Operate in a secure area (“cage”) and adhere to all security protocols.
• Stand for extended periods during processing tasks.
• Ability to lift tubs of work weighing up to 40–50 lbs.
• Maintain flexibility to adjust schedules during peak seasons or based on workload.
