About The Position

Duties: Lead delivery of investment portfolio components, demonstrating best practices in change program and project management. Define and document business context and process flows for cash processing and reporting ecosystems. Use expertise in cash transactions to link them to business activities and define requirements for future state system and operating models. Create roadmaps for transitioning from current to target state implementations, using data and metrics. Prioritize and schedule work, manage dependencies, and coordinate change-related deliveries and migrations across project streams. Identify and implement process improvements. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders through regular updates and feedback sessions to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables, address concerns, manage dependencies across teams, and utilize insights to inform decision- making and drive strategic improvements in processes and systems. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • Alternatively, 7 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in lieu of a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience.
  • Experience utilizing operational management, product development and system and operational change delivery within financial services.
  • Experience utilizing Industry expertise and financial acumen gained with the securities services and payments industry, including cash management & funding, liquidity solutions and payment processing, interbank telecommunications and reporting, along with a strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and the related data, to deliver product changes and enhancements.
  • Experience documenting end-to-end business flows, and managing change programs, leading across virtual project teams at a regional and global level.
  • Experience prioritizing workloads and managing multiple deliverables concurrently.
