Responsibilities

  • Receiving requests for client cash transactions from Client Advisor team
  • Analyzing money market/cash positions in client accounts prior to entering transactions to ensure sufficient cash
  • Entering transactions into trust accounting system for routing to Operations Department
  • Acting as liaison between Client Advisors and Operations as questions arise
  • Processing client bill pay and assisting in management of daily related Bill Pay processes
