About The Position

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Cash Posting Specialist to support revenue cycle operations for a healthcare services organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate payment posting, reconciliation, and resolution of discrepancies. If you’re experienced in insurance payment review and enjoy working independently in a structured, remote environment, this may be a great fit for you.

Requirements

• Previous experience with insurance-related payment review required
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Review insurance EOBs and remittances for accuracy
• Post payments in a timely and accurate manner
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Support reconciliation processes and reporting
• Maintain accuracy while meeting productivity expectations
