About The Position
Med Resources is looking for a Cash Posting Representative to be responsible for posting and reconciliation of daily cash deposits. This individual must be able to accurately and efficiently post a high volume of cash transactions across the lines of service. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and standards. Our philosophy of Love, Care, and understanding extends not only to our dear clients, but to our staff as well.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Bank deposits
- Assist clients with questions regarding invoices and payments
