About The Position

As a Support Administrator, you will be responsible for organization and administrative tasks to support sales performance and bottom-line profitability with our Operations team. You will work on-site and you will report to the Senior Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • Prior retail experience recommended
  • Experience in handling money and excellent customer service skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds
  • Associates must be able to work a schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Complete cash and check reconciliation daily
  • Complete daily sales audits and reconcile cash office profile register drawer
  • Lead and support all bank deposits and banking needs
  • Manage red bags and media handling
  • Complete WHIRL inquiries as assigned
  • Support tax exempts and sales tax record needs
  • Support the marketing exceptions process
  • Support resolution of escalated customer credit inquiries and credit disputes
  • Provide backup to Sales Support Assistant and Service Concierge
