About The Position

The Cash Office Responsible plays a crucial role in managing the cash office and sales floor administration of the store. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for opening and closing procedures of all cash desks.
  • Examine all cash differences and follow up with in-store staff, management, and loss prevention.
  • Responsible for account reconciliation and daily verification of all monetary accounts.
  • Handle and ensure all money handling routines, including money transport and ordering change money.
  • Complete end of day (EOD) reports.
  • Responsible for all security-related routines in line with H&M guidelines.
  • Review, carry out, and correct hour/payroll calculations of employees in the store.
  • Verify reduction and garment transfer routines to correct booking.
  • Order and ensure office and cash point supplies are well organized.
  • Support employees concerning technical problems and follow up with IT/Business Tech.
  • Train and follow up with colleagues on checkout and cash point procedures.
  • Communicate all relevant changes of cash office and store routines to the store team.
  • Handle all internal and security-related information confidentially.
  • Participate in onboarding and training processes relevant for the role.
  • Support the store leadership team on the sales floor to deliver the best customer experience.
  • Ensure a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockroom areas and fitting rooms.
