The Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) plays a crucial role in managing all cash transactions efficiently and accurately. We are seeking a meticulous Cash Management Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of cash management activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely cash management activities, including daily treasury payments, bank guarantee insurance, funding arrangement, regulatory reporting, account reconciliation, and monthly closing.
• Provide support for internal treasury-related inquiries daily.
• Assist in internal and external audit requests.
• Help optimize Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and the treasury management system.
• Conduct industry/regional research and project research, providing timely responses to the China HQ team.
• Assist in treasury management activities analysis and ensure accurate output to the China HQ team.
