Be a Growth Catalyst: Drive significant revenue expansion through strategic cross-sell initiatives, leveraging your expertise to maximize client wallet share and contribute directly to their success story, nurturing small, high-potential clients to become future high-value global clients. Wield your organizational skills and influence, forging strong partnerships with onboarding and service partners to deliver an excellent client experience. Achieve and Exceed: Take ownership of an individual win goal of >$2 Million annually, consistently outperforming targets in a meritocratic environment. Shape the Future: Bring your insights on disruptive technologies and client trends in liquidity, payments, and treasury technology to the table, helping us evolve and deliver our offerings to future-proof treasury Influence and Inspire: Articulate complex financial concepts with crystal clarity & simplicity, captivating audiences and inspiring confidence as you present cutting-edge solutions to visionary leaders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of a proven track record in direct sales within Treasury Services or a related financial solutions field, with a demonstrable history of exceeding targets.
  • An innate understanding and passion for the Tech and Life Sciences ecosystems, particularly the dynamics of early-stage, high-growth companies.
  • Exceptional communication and diplomacy skills, capable of navigating complex conversations and influencing decisions at the highest levels with founders, VCs, and serial entrepreneurs.
  • A "challenge the conventional" mindset - you're not afraid to disrupt the status quo, bring new ideas, and drive solutions that truly make a difference.
  • Strong self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to rally diverse stakeholders to a common vision.
  • Proficiency in strategic analysis, data interpretation, and compelling presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel are second nature).
  • A commitment to responsible finance and ethical business practices.

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred.
