Overview: Castleton Commodities International is an independent global commodities merchant. CCI is seeking a Cash Management Coordinator who will be responsible for all aspects of the cash management function and ensuring that the designated cash processing, reconciliation and reporting are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with CCI practice and policies. Responsibilities: Cash management operations to include daily cash administration including but not limited to cash application, proposals and bank account reconciliation Monitors cash transactions to ensure that bank account balances to the report and any unusual items are investigated Monitor, report, and assist in resolving unclaimed funds Receives incoming wire transfers and processes outgoing wire transfers Communication with treasury and members of the accounting and finance department Assist with management of purchase card program Assist with management of Amex card program Work closely with Corporate Accounting to ensure that counterparty payments/receipts, intercompany loans, and other treasury-related activities are recorded in an accurate and timely manner Assists with audit requests and queries received by Cash Management team Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a high intensity environment Excellent problem solving and numerical skills; ability to seek information and interpret data from multiple sources in order to resolve problems or implement new processes Ability and inclination to think critically, identify problems and propose solutions. Highest level of ownership and accountability Excellent communication skills Excellent Excel skills Ability and desire to work in a team-centered environment Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and high-intensity environment including open-floor plan if applicable to the position, with timely responsiveness and the ability to work beyond normal business hours when required.
