The Cash Automation Solutions Manager is a depository solutions specialist that is a business to business (B2B), customer facing sales role focused on driving adoption and growth of automated cash handling and depository solutions, including Smart Safes, smart deposit devices, and related cash management services. Serving as a consultative advisor, this role partners closely with commercial sales, treasury management, and relationship teams to position depository solutions, support the sales cycle, and expand usage within existing and prospective business clients. The specialist serves as a solutions expert, translating operational and technical capabilities into clear business value for customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial banking, B2B solution selling, sales enablement, or account support
  • Strong ability to communicate value propositions and influence buying decisions in client‑facing roles

  • Experience with cash management, payments, automation, or depository solutions
  • Proven collaboration, presentation, and consultative advising skills supporting Sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Commercial, Treasury Management, and Business Banking teams to support depository and cash automation solution sales.
  • Participate in prospecting, discovery, and client meetings to identify cash‑handling challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Support new business acquisition and portfolio growth by identifying Smart Safe and deposit optimization opportunities.
  • Assist with solution presentations, proposals, pilots, pricing support, and sales pipeline progression.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Smart Safes, automated deposit workflows, and reporting capabilities.
  • Translate solution features into clear business outcomes, including improved controls, cash visibility, and labor efficiency.
  • Act as a consultative advisor to clients and support onboarding and early adoption success.
