Job Responsibilities, included but not limited to: Oversee the cash posting team for the respiratory division, including the reconciliation of the daily cash sheet. Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts in a timely and accurate manner Review and reconcile payments received from insurance companies and patients Identify, create and implement workflows to improve efficiency and timeliness of posting Communicate with AR Team and Finance to resolve posting issues Ensure zero remittances are obtained and posted timely Communicate posting issues, trends identified during routine activity Maintain accurate records of all payment transactions, EOB’s and correspondence Oversee the month-end closing procedure in conjunction with Finance.
