The role involves processing transactions including but not limited to, general ledger entries, suspense ledgers, contract payments, payment uploads, contract payment suspense items and end of lease payments. You will monitor incoming electronic funds (ACH credits, wires) in the appropriate bank accounts, research and resolve payments in the Lockbox Online, and process exception batches for payments from lockbox, COLT, and CDA. Quality reviews or maintenance from ACH Authorization forms for lease contract payments, monitoring email boxes, and checks in the CAT system are also part of the job. You will work with other U.S. Bank business lines on misdirected payments, complete End of Day balancing activities, and special reporting. Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of transactions processed is crucial, as is conducting research on discrepancies and making appropriate corrections or adjustments. You will respond to and resolve inquiries.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two to four years or more of operations services related work experience.

Responsibilities
