Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• A focus on Business, Finance or Accounting is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience managing or supervising in a cash applications or related financial operations role.
• Solid understanding of order-to-cash processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-volume daily processing of payments, refunds and unclaimed property.
• Lead and develop a team of specialists and team leads to ensure efficient, accurate operations.
• Collaborate with partners across Credit, Collections, Tax, IT and Customer Service to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Build a high-performing team through strong hiring, coaching and employee engagement.
