The Cash and Medical Assistance and caseworker Specialist will provide comprehensive services and conduct activities related to Cash and Medical Assistance (CMA) and the Program for Initial Resettlement (PIR) funded by the Office of Refugee and Resettlement. Under CMA, the caseworker and Specialist will implement Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA), Refugee Medical Screening (RMS), and/or Refugee Medical Assistance (RMA) programs as outlined in federal regulations, by KSOR, and the Medical Replacement Designee (MRD), as applicable. Under PIR, the Caseworker works closely with clients, colleagues, and external parties to develop service and/or self-sufficiency plans to meet individual client needs and preferences utilizing a broad range of financial, medical, social, vocational, and other services and resources in accordance with client eligibility and program requirements.
