Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years of equivalent work experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to multi‑task and manage competing priorities with confidence
• Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and work ethic
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for supporting internal partners

Nice To Haves

• Banking, reconciliation, or cash accounting experience is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft D365, Reconnet, and ServiceNow preferred

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve credit card variances across in‑store and card‑not‑present transactions by identifying root causes between POS systems, credit card processors, and bank deposits
• Use multiple systems and reporting tools daily to analyze data and determine appropriate adjustments
• Document findings clearly and submit research for approval
• Process daily credit card refunds and reprocessing requests, including declined or offline transactions submitted through ServiceNow
• Prepare monthly credit card‑related journal entries, including fees, chargebacks, and adjustments
• Provide hands‑on support to the Cash Accounting team and assist with other team needs as they arise
