PRS Caseworker (Level I) is responsible for conducting well-being and follow-up contact with children and their sponsors. The PRS Caseworker must have experience working with children and youth, be familiar with trauma informed care, and child welfare practices. The PRS Caseworker provides support to children and sponsors, and assesses, and refers for additional services based on the needs of the family. PRS Caseworker will have knowledge of local social services, community outreach and experience working with diverse populations. The ideal candidate for our program is a self-motivated and dedicated person who is excited and passionate about helping children and sponsors. You are also a personable, energetic, and empathetic person who can manage multiple projects in a prioritized manner to meet internal Urban Strategies goals.
