About The Position

Requirements

• Bilingual in Bengali and Urdu.

• 1 year of experience as a caseworker (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned caseload and mandated monthly contact/visits with families.
• Complete monthly telephone log for record purposes.
• Coordinate with Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and families to assign cases.
• Meet with DSP bi-weekly to review individual summaries and progress reports.
• File all monthly case notes and individual summaries by the 15th of each month.
• Maintain database with individual information and required documentation due dates.
• Ensure all phones in the office are answered promptly.
• Follow dress code policies.
