About The Position
This is a merit hire position. The starting pay rate for this position is $23.77. This position is covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement. Dauphin County Children & Youth Services is currently accepting applications for full-time position of Caseworker 2. The Caseworker 2 performs social service casework and case management for children, adolescents and their families by conducting interviews, assessing needs, and case planning. He/she establishes and maintains associated confidential records and collaborates with legal staff in judicial and quasi-judicial proceedings pursuant to clients’ well-being. The Caseworker 2 may make task assignments to a Social Service Aide and reports directly to the Caseworker Supervisor.
