About The Position
The bilingual Caseworker 2 position with Northampton County is responsible for delivering comprehensive social and case management services to residents, particularly within the Spanish-speaking community. This role is situated in the Children, Youth, and Families (CYF) division of Human Services and aims to enhance the quality of life for individuals and families through consumer-focused programs. The Caseworker will utilize casework skills to gather information, access resources, and provide counseling to help clients achieve their service plan goals.
