Casework Associate I (Union) (Temporary)
About The Position
To provide a solid Human Resource management foundation, responsible oversight, and creative solutions through a collaborative approach with all stakeholders to maximize the potential of our greatest asset – OUR EMPLOYEES. Bridge2Success VR Case Managers will work with students to develop an individualized plan for employment (IPE) to outline all services and supports to help them reach their goal. These services are varied and will differ by student need, financial eligibility, and career interest. They will also be involved in extensive outreach to inform and engage the students with IDD, their family and supports in the program services and supports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a discipline relative to the program served from an appropriately accredited institution; or Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution and one year of experience in an area related to program that provides experience in techniques of casework or counseling; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
