Programs are offered for children, adolescents and adults struggling with mental illness as well as offering services specializing in Anxiety, Eating Disorders, and Geriatric Services. Job Summary Provides routine social services as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, including obtaining social histories, providing counseling and guidance, referrals to agencies that respond to the psycho-social needs of patients/clients and families. As appropriate identifies and refers, or seeks supervision on complex cases. Reports to Director of department or program, or designee.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Services
- Ability to obtain Public Service License required
- Demonstrated competence including knowledge and behaviors to meet age-specific needs of the client population
- Experience working in related human service setting with similar age group
Responsibilities
