Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Manage 90+ calls a day, keeping things running smoothly and making it look easy.
Master scheduling, client requests, and to-do lists without breaking a sweat.
Make waiver calls and follow up on requests, keeping everyone in the loop.
Confirm pre-payments, prep for deliveries, and keep detailed client notes.
Review incoming mail to catch anything missing and lend a hand across departments.
Scrutinize records and responses, coordinating with Case Managers to keep things moving.
Send out crystal-clear status updates and approval emails—no room for confusion here.
