About The Position

The Case Selector position is a full-time role within the Operations department, reporting to the General Manager. The primary purpose of this position is to use power equipment to safely handle products while performing receiving and/or shipping processes. The work schedule is 1st shift, from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour. Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a material handling equipment license.
• Ability to use handheld RF Scan Device.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to twist, stoop, squat, and reach above shoulder level.
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Use power equipment to handle products during receiving and shipping processes.
• Meet established productivity standards specific to the assigned account.
• Understand the stocking, picking, and loading strategy of the assigned account.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and specific customer work instructions.
• Complete daily Handling Hours tracking document.
• Follow established Dock Safety, Fork Lift & Product Handling processes.
• Report all incidents, accidents, or potential safety hazards to management.
• Perform daily stretches as outlined before commencing work.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are error and damage-free.
• Complete inspection checklists as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to management.
