Join us as a Production Worker at our milk production facility! You'll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring that every bottle of milk meets the highest standards of quality and freshness. From processing and packaging to quality checks, your work will help deliver this essential product to families everywhere. As a Production Worker at our milk production facility, you will be involved in various stages of the milk processing and packaging operations. Your responsibilities will include operating machinery, monitoring production lines, performing quality checks, and ensuring that all products meet our strict standards for safety and freshness. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety regulations, and collaborating with your team to meet production goals. Your role is essential in delivering high-quality milk to consumers every day. The position will be based in Hatfield, PA. Schedule: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to follow recipes, measurements, and instructions accurately.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Unload Empty crates from returning trailers: remove trash, keep cases on production supply line.
  • Working knowledge of electric pallet jack and clamp truck
  • Maintain case supply to the plant investigating and correcting any jams pre/post washer.
  • Ability to clean and perform daily clean and weekly MSS items.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods of time and able to work as a team member.
  • Keep work area clean and safe from trip hazards while maintaining 5S standards.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Associates in this position may be eligible for a quarterly bonus, subject to Company bonus plans.
  • For roles in Washington State: Sick pay and PTO/Vacation pay are accrued based on hours worked and paid holidays are issued at 7-9 days annually.
