About The Position

Operators will handle up to 200 transmission cases per day installing cases on a fixture and selecting the correct program for the machine to wash the case. Once washed the case will be taken off the fixture and sent to IMS for repair. Operator will be responsible for performing daily OMs on the machine including draining the wash tanks, cleaning out sludge, and recharging the tanks once cleaned. Requirements

The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.
The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx...8-10 hours)
The ability to use handheld tools such as hammer, impact, sanding block, and die grinder.

Responsibilities

Installing cases on a fixture
Selecting the correct program for the machine to wash the case
Taking the washed case off the fixture and sending it to IMS for repair
Performing daily OMs on the machine including draining the wash tanks, cleaning out sludge, and recharging the tanks once cleaned
