About the PINS Diversion Program: Our Person in Need of Supervision (PINS) Diversion Program aims to prevent court involvement and out-of-home placements for youth under 18 by providing short-term, family-centered, in-home support throughout Nassau County. We focus on building problem-solving skills and linking families to long-term community resources. Your Role as a Case Planner: As a Case Planner, you will support youth and families by improving family dynamics, encouraging behavioral change, and reducing the risk of placement outside the home. This role requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and a field-based presence using your own vehicle.
