About The Position

Family Support Program is looking for visionaries eager to utilize an evidence-informed model to support families to navigate, survive, and thrive in their worlds. Join us in this ground-breaking initiative to provide an evidence-informed intervention called Solution Based Casework (SBC). In addition, we provide to families case management services, advocacy, referrals, assistance with childcare, housing, income support, food pantries, and medical and mental health services. The Solution Based Casework (SBC) Model prioritizes working in partnership with families, focuses on pragmatic solutions to difficult situations, and celebrates family successes.
