About The Position
Rising Ground is seeking a dedicated individual to provide constructive services to children in foster care, improving their functioning and connecting parents to services that address family challenges. The role involves direct case planning services that ensure child safety and well-being, as well as facilitating permanency. The position requires maintaining mandated contacts with various stakeholders, developing service plans, documenting progress, making home visits, attending Family Court hearings, and participating in service plan reviews and family team conferences. The candidate will also establish a culturally appropriate network within the community and perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
