About The Position

Case Picker Use pallet jack equipment to assemble customer orders while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Deliver product to the required area. Join our warehouse team, where you'll play a key role in organizing, picking, and preparing products that reach people all over the world. What You’ll Do You'll work with a team that values safety, accuracy, and collaboration. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Requirements

• Comfortable working in cold or warm environments (we’ll provide the proper gear)
• Cold storage: as low as -20°F / -25°C
• Dry storage: up to 100°F / 37°C
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs. (18 kg) regularly (some locations may require more)
• Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working with various noise levels
• Willing to work a flexible schedule , including weekends if needed
• Able to communicate in English (especially for safety-related instructions and voice commands)

Responsibilities

• Performing safety checks on your equipment before use (pallet jacks, etc.)
• Labeling and organizing materials so everything is easy to find and track
• Opening boxes and containers as needed for inventory or processing
• Picking products accurately and ensuring lot numbers/product codes match the order
• Using inventory tools and equipment to track materials and update records
• Arranging stock parts in the correct order to support smooth assembly
• Notifying your supervisor of any damaged or incorrect items
• Operating various material handling equipment (training provided)
