The Case Packer/ Production Operator is a member of the bottling department.  The position may work one of the following positions:  Filler, Case Packer, Palletizer, Case Former, Labeler, and Depalletizer.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read/write in English.
• Good communication skills.
• A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
• Personally invested in the success of the business.
• Motivated, focused, and accountable for results.
• Ability to turn head to look right/left as well as up and down.
• Ability to twist body at waist.
• Ability to bend/squat/kneel.
• Ability to grasp bottles.
• Ability to reach with both arms.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours during a shift minus breaks and lunch.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum one year experience in a juice processing facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manual operation of equipment assigned.
• Clean and sanitize equipment assigned.
• Various mechanical duties as necessary.
• Perform changeovers as required.
• Follow plant GMPs at all times and ensure work area is secure.
• Accurately maintain required records to ensure compliance with Company and/or government standards.
• Work safely.
• Any other tasks required by the supervisor.
