About The Position

Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Case Manager based out of our Portsmouth office. The Registered Nurse Case Manager position is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community.

Requirements

• Monday- Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
• Valid nursing license in the state of NH
• 2+ years of experience in skilled care preferred
• 1+ year of experience in nursing supervision preferred
• Recent wound care experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of experience in skilled care preferred
• 1+ year of experience in nursing supervision preferred
• Recent wound care experience preferred
