This Case Manager position plays an important role in advancing our mission and supporting the communities we serve. Job Summary Conducts interviews with El Barrio students to assess barriers to employment and success with life goals and completes Individual Service Plans. Generates referrals to internal programs and external agencies for supportive services such as clothing, transportation, and childcare to remove or mitigate barriers. Updates and maintains job seeker files; responsible for case note reporting through all of the database management systems used for Case Management and client tracking. Represents El Barrio at local meetings and conducts workshops on Case Management related topics. This position will work in-person Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm, with some evenings. This is not a remote position.
